MTI is a great option for investors wanting further diversification that is completely uncorrelated with real estate or the stock market.
- Target 11-13% return annually (approximately 3% per quarter).
- Investors with higher balances earn higher returns
- This fund invests in medical accounts receivable (AR). Most loans have a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 25-35%.
- This fund provides investors with significantly higher incomes than money markets and CDs
- After the first 12 months, Investors can withdraw funds with three months’ notice if they need access to their capital.
- The investment lifecycle will be 10 years (hold period); the fund will accept allocations until June 1, 2030, and amortization of capital commences June 1, 2031, and ends May 31, 2034.
- All loans to a given medical provider are cross-collateralized. If there is a default on one loan, we can attach other loans in the portfolio to get paid.
- The fund is run by experienced lenders who apply a rigorous underwriting process.
- The fund is diversified among over 25,000 small AR loans at any time.
- The returns in the medical industry are not correlated to interest rates, the stock market, or real estate. This is a great way to diversify your overall portfolio.
